PA to Head of Development (Maternity Cover)
St Mary’s Music School is seeking to appoint a PA to work with our Head of Development. This is a full-time post, working 35 hours per week, to cover maternity leave, until August 2023.
Strong IT skills, with an ability to learn new systems quickly, are essential for this role. The post holder will also have a high standard of verbal and written communication and a good level of numeracy. Previous experience in a fundraising or development role would also be beneficial. The successful candidate will have a flexible and positive attitude to work with a friendly and approachable demeanour. The post-holder should be able to work independently and as part of a small team.
The PA will work mainly under the direction of, and report to, the Head of Development. In addition, they will work with the Marketing Department and Bursar’s Office, and may also be required to cover for other members of the administration staff in the School Office from time to time.
