28th January 5.30pm - 6.15pm. Join us online for a free workshop on breathing technique, led by Lis Dooner.
This session focuses on breathing and some simple techniques you can learn to improve your skills. We use a demonstration lesson between pupil and teacher as our example and you are welcome to play along or to simply watch. There will be the opportunity to ask any questions as you go along.
This is recommended for players Grade 3 and above. Teachers are welcome to attend.

About Lis Dooner
Lis Dooner played with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra for 25 years and today she teaches baroque and concert flute at St Mary's Music School and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She is much in demand as a visiting tutor on flute courses where she has worked alongside Sarah Newbold, Wissam Boustany, Ruth Morley and Ian Clark.
