How to Be a Better Horn Player – The F/B flat Horn Mysteries

For general brass teachers and young/intermediate horn players and parents.

Online

Rachel Brady and her 13 year old son George host this workshop for general brass teachers and young/intermediate horn players and parents.

The French Horn is quite a complicated instrument. In this workshop, through pre-recorded video inserts and live playing and presentation, Rachel will share some information that will help teaching and learning of the French Horn that bit easier. Discover the mysteries of the thumb valve, when and how to progress from a mini horn to a double horn, embouchure and why buzzing is so useful and the correct right hand position in the bell . There will be lots of opportunities to ask questions of Rachel and George too.
