SCO String Academy - Spring

Open to school-aged string musicians. 7th, 14th and 21st March 2021

Online

Following the success of the autumn's online delivery, we are delighted to be returning with our next SCO String Academy -  a free opportunity for you to work with expert Scottish Chamber Orchestra (SCO) musicians.  For this session we will be working on music by Saint-Georges, Joseph Bologne and W. A Mozart.

Participants will also receive guidance from the SCO players on how to prepare orchestral excerpts for auditions.

The SCO String Academy is open to school-aged double bass, cello, violin and viola players who have reached at least Grade 6 standard and who are able to commit to all sessions.

There is no fee for String Academy.
