SCO Wind Academy in Partnership with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra

Join us for our first SCO Wind Academy in partnership with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra - a free opportunity for you to work with expert SCO musicians over a series of three Sunday afternoon sessions in the centre of Edinburgh.

The course is open to school-aged flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon and French horn players who have reached at least Grade 6 standard and who are able to commit to all three sessions. Come and explore familiar repertoire as well as some less well-known music for wind ensembles.

SCO String Academy participants in March 2019 told us it was fun, a great way to make friends and to learn new repertoire from inspiring musicians. Make sure you apply as soon as possible as places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
