John Reid

John was educated at Hutchesons’ Grammar School and the University of Glasgow. A Chartered Accountant, John was a partner for 22 years with Deloitte, one of the world’s leading financial and consultancy advisory practices, specialising in corporate financial restructuring. Since retiring from Deloitte in 2106, John has acted as a consultant to a number of businesses and charitable organisations. A committed music lover, of all genres, John’s other passion is cricket and he is President of Watsonian Cricket Club. John is married with four children and lives in Edinburgh.
