Post of Trusts & Foundations Manager
St Mary's Music School is seeking an experienced and motivated fundraising professional to join our Development team as our new Trusts & Foundations Manager.
Following a recent restructure, this newly developed role will play a key part in helping the School secure sustainable funding that enables exceptional young musicians to thrive, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Working closely with the Bursar, Individual Giving Manager, Marketing & Communications Manager and colleagues across the School, the successful candidate will lead on identifying funding opportunities, preparing compelling grant applications and reports, and building lasting relationships with trusts, foundations and statutory funders.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with excellent writing and relationship-building skills. The role offers the chance to make a tangible difference by supporting the School's long-term ambitions and helping ensure that talented young musicians continue to benefit from a world-class specialist education.
The post is part-time (21 hours per week, worked across three days) and it is expected the successful candidate would work mainly on-site.
